If at the time of donating you decide that the amount you entered was incorrect or you wish to withdraw your donation, please contact our National Office on 0800 600 300 to discuss a refund. You will have 30 days to lodge your request for a refund and refunds will be assessed on an individual basis at the discretion of AFS New Zealand.
